These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital platform, audio and visual tools, online questionnaires, remote programs/protocols, live immersive experiences, and corporate team sessions (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a digital program/protocol, participating in a live immersion, or booking corporate team experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Educational & Wellness Purpose Only: All content, tools, questionnaires (including the Neural Profile Quiz), digital programs/protocols (RESET), audio entrainment tracks, visual entrainment tools, and corporate team sessions offered by Beyond Mind Ltd are designed solely for educational, self-exploration, focus enhancement, stress management, and general mindfulness/performance purposes.
  2. No Medical Practice or Diagnosis: While Dr. Masha Burelo holds a PhD in Neuroscience, Beyond Mind Ltd is not a healthcare provider, medical clinic, psychiatric unit, or psychological therapy service. Neither Dr. Masha Burelo nor any team member provides medical diagnoses, psychiatric treatment, clinical therapy, or medical advice.
  3. Not a Substitute for Professional Care: Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified doctor (GMC-registered), psychiatrist, clinical psychologist (HCPC-registered), or other licensed healthcare professional.
  4. Medical Conditions & Contraindications: If you suffer from, or suspect you suffer from, a clinical mental health condition, neurological disorder (including photosensitive epilepsy or seizure disorders), cardiovascular condition, or photic-induced migraines, you must consult a licensed medical practitioner before participating in our respiratory (breathwork), acoustic (binaural beat), or visual entrainment protocols.   1. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION SAFETY
  1. Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in our Services.
  2. Health Self-Assessment for Acoustic, Visual & Respiratory Immersions:
    • Our digital programs/protocols (RESET) and live immersions (FEEL / OPTIMIZE) utilize precision acoustic entrainment, visual light/patterned stimulation, and directed respiratory mechanics.
    • You acknowledge that deep respiratory exercises, binaural frequencies, and visual entrainment can alter conscious states. You confirm that you and/or your participating team members engage voluntarily and at your own risk.
    • You must review our Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer and notify us prior to any live or corporate session if you have a history of epilepsy, photosensitivity, cardiovascular issues, or pregnancy.
  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES & BOOKINGS

Beyond Mind Ltd provides four primary service tiers:

  1. Know Your Brain (Neural Profile Quiz & Profiles): Educational online questionnaires designed to help you identify your meditation style and focus tendencies. Results are informational profiles, not neurological or diagnostic readings.
  2. Reset (Remote Digital Program/Protocol): A 28-day digital training program/protocol utilizing acoustic, visual, and respiratory protocols. Upon purchase, you are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive license to access the digital program/protocol materials for a period of six (6) consecutive months from the date of purchase. Following the expiry of the 6-month access period, access to the portal, streaming content, and digital materials will automatically terminate unless renewed under an active subscription or extension offer.
  3. Feel (Live Immersive Experiences): 60-minute group or individual guided inward immersions utilizing blindfolds/eye masks and high-fidelity headphones to block out external environmental noise.
  4. Optimize (Corporate B2B Immersions): 50-minute cognitive reset sessions engineered specifically for corporate teams and high-stakes decision-makers to alleviate cognitive fatigue and restore focus.
  1. PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
  2. Consumer Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
  • Digital Products, Audio & Visual Content: If you purchase digital content (such as downloadable audio files or instant access to the 28-Day Program/Protocol), you explicitly consent to immediate access upon purchase. You acknowledge that by starting the stream, download, or accessing the digital portal, you waive your standard 14-day statutory right to cancel.
  • Public Live Events & Immersions (FEEL): Bookings for specific dated live events or physical/virtual group immersions are exempt from the standard statutory 14-day cancellation window under consumer law once the booking is confirmed, provided the date is specified.
  1. Corporate / B2B Agreements (OPTIMIZE)

Corporate team bookings are commercial B2B transactions subject to the specific commercial proposals, invoicing schedules, and service agreements signed between Beyond Mind Ltd and the client organization.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
  1. Proprietary Content: All materials provided through the Services—including text, graphics, video tools, visual entrainment patterns, audio tracks, binaural beats, quiz structures, terminology (including but not limited to Non-Meditation, Neural Profile, Over-Oscillator, Neural Resynthesis, Autonomic Ascent, Neural Insulation, and Neural Re-Animation), logos, and software—are the exclusive intellectual property of Beyond Mind Ltd or its licensors.
  2. Limited Personal / Internal License:
    • Individuals: Upon purchase of a digital program/protocol or audio/visual track, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial use. This access is limited to a duration of six (6) months from the purchase date, after which your license to access the materials will automatically expire.
    • Corporate Clients: B2B bookings grant your designated team members access to participate in the booked session only.
  3. Restrictions: You strictly agree NOT to:
    • Copy, modify, stream publicly, distribute, or broadcast our audio or visual entrainment tracks.
    • Use our proprietary protocols, visual patterns, or terminology to train third parties or offer competing services without an explicit commercial license signed by Beyond Mind Ltd.
    • Reverse-engineer or extract underlying audio frequencies or visual light sequences for resale or commercial redistribution.
  1. USER CONDUCT & ACCEPTABLE USE

When accessing our platform or attending live corporate/group experiences (FEEL / OPTIMIZE), you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration or quiz submission.
  • Maintain a respectful environment toward facilitators and other participants during live sessions.
  • Refrain from recording, filming, or broadcasting any live immersion or corporate session without prior written authorization from Beyond Mind Ltd.

We reserve the right to immediately remove any individual from a live session or terminate platform access without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Mind Ltd, Dr. Masha Burelo, and its officers, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
  2. Personal Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after participating in our mindfulness, visual, breathwork, and acoustic sessions.
  3. Maximum Financial Cap: In no event shall Beyond Mind Ltd’s total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the total amount paid by you (or your organization) to Beyond Mind Ltd for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.
  4. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Scots Law.
  1. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION (UK GDPR)

Your privacy is paramount. Any personal data collected through our quiz, account registration, corporate booking, or safety forms is handled in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by and construed in accordance with Scots Law.

You and Beyond Mind Ltd both agree that the Courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, their subject matter, or your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
