- Program Access Data: User portal credentials, enrolment dates, and access validity tracking for the 6-month digital access window for the RESET program.
- Financial & Transaction Data: Payment card details (processed securely via third-party payment gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers), details about payments to and from you, and services purchased.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, location, operating system, and platform.
- Usage Data: Information about how you navigate and interact with our website, digital portal, video/visual tools, audio entrainment tracks, YouTube channels, and digital programs.

- Special Category (Health) Disclosures: Retained only for the duration of the specific live or corporate session for safety records and deleted within 12 months unless a legal dispute requires longer retention.
